| Clarification Note: | We want to say that our existing 6 Kanals land in INDUSTRIAL SPOT ZONE and additional 6 Kanals 2 Marle is in agricultural zone of Notified Master of Bagh Purana. We are submitting the copy of master plan which shows this clearly according to plan. We are attaching this but according to sitting guidelines No. Adm/A-2/F.No.178/98/3 Dt 02.09.1998 of PPCB for Cement Plants, there are no mention of requirement of land use classification by DTP and only requirement is Tehsildar Report (Revenue Department Authorized), that we have already submitted. Kindly process our case as we have fulfilled the requirements mentioned in the guidelines. |
