<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">It is intimated PP has assured that they have made the adequate mode of disposal within 15 days and started working on the to-be-installed smog gun as well as it will be commissioned with 8 months. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">In light of the facts reported and recommendations given by EE, RO. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">May if approved following action be proposed.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">1)1) EC amounting to Rs 1 Lacs may be imposed on the pp on the basis of best assessment and judgment, for not having made adequate arrangements for disposal of untreated domestic wastewater generated from labour toilets.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2) submit the BG amount of Rs 5 lacs as an assurance to make adequate treatment as well as a scientific mode of disposal for wastewater generated from labour toilets as well as install the smog gun within one month. If PP will fail to make the compliance above said two points within the stipulated period, then BG submitted by the PP shall be encashed without any further notice.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2) CTE extension may be granted till 07.11.2023 subject to the special conditions as proposed by EE.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">EE, RO may also be requested to visit after one month to verify the compliance with previous shortcomings mentioned in the previous visit as well as compliance with shortcomings mentioned in BG condition, and EE, RO may also send the fresh report along with further recommendations within the stipulated period .</span></p>
