<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendations given by RO. It is intimated that the HCF has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 with a 360-bed capacity. RO has reported that the hospital has also provided 3 DG set(s) of a capacity of 1250 KVA each which are provided with adequate stack heights and canopies and The hospital has also provided 4 Boilers of a capacity of 600 Kg each and provided wet scrubber as APCD along with a common stack of adequate height, the hospital is now using PNG as a fuel with these boilers and only one boiler is being operated at one time and the remaining are kept as stand by arrangements. and the HCF has also submitted its air emission analysis report of boiler and DG sets, which was analyzed by the Pvt. lab and the results are within the limit prescribed by the Board. RO has also reported that the HCF is complying with the previous consent conditions granted to it under the Air Act, of 1981.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">May if approved the CTO under the Air Act, 1981 be renewed up to 31.03.2026 with a special condition as previously granted CTO to it. EE, RO may also be requested to monitor the hospital as per protocol framed by the Board to verify compliance with environmental law and send the report along with the recommendation.</span></p>
