<p style="text-align: justify;">It is intimated that the reply submitted by the industry was verified by RO, as per the report the PP has not installed a Water meter on the freshwater used in the surface treatment process. The industry has not made adequate storage to handle the trade effluent generated from the process. So The reply submitted by the industry is not satisfactory. The application is pending since 8/2/23.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">May if approved CTO under the Water Act,1974 applied by the industry be refused. EE, RO may also be requested to send the further recommendation through e-note, please.</p>
