<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">It is intimated that PP has applied for the renewal of CTO under the Air Act,1981 in the small orange category. The same has been processed by RO without a visit as per Office Order No. 59 dated 02.02.2016.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">As per previous note history, the industry was engaged in the process of manufacturing tablets and the industry generates trade effluent @ 300 ltr/day from the washing of the floor and the machinery and it made provision to collect the entire trade effluent in an underground tank from where the effluent is pumped to an electric evaporator, the domestic effluent will be discharged into the sewer and the industry has not yet installed the DG set as proposed at the time of obtaining NOC.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">May if approved the CTO under the Air Act, 1981 be auto-renewal up to 31/09/2025 subject to suitable conditions. </span></p>
