<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">May if approved CTO under the Water act,1974 applied by the industry further renewal up to 31.12.2027 subject to the special condition that the industry will not carry out surface treatment process within its premises without obtaining varied CTO of the Board. EE, RO may also be requested to monitor the industry as per protocol framed by the Board to especially verify the wet manufacture process, verify the mode of disposal and verify the Environmental law and send a report along with recommendations.</span></p>
