| Clarification Note: |
On scrutinizing the application of the industry it is observed as under:
1) As per the NOC application, it has dropped the proposal of installation of STP at the site for the treatment of waste-water generated from nearby villages (Saidpura and Haripur Hinduan) for which earlier it has obtained EC and NOC and instead of 6 TPH boiler for which it was earlier granted NOC it has now proposed to install Rice Husk, Biomass, Coal based boiler of 12 TPH capacity but has not submitted any reason.
2) The pp has submitted that 3 KLD domestic effluent will be generated from the project but has not proposed its treatment and its disposal.
3) The pp has proposed to treat 2 MLD effluent in first phase out of which 1.5 MLD will be LTDS effluent and 0.5 MLD will be HTDS effluent, however bifurcation of 3 MLD effluent to be received in 2nd phase has not been given. The pp has not submitted that whether the construction being done at the site is for the CETP of both the phases or for phase-I only.
4) The pp has not proposed capacity of MEE and ATFD to be installed in the project.
5) The project cost has been decreased from 70 crores to 63 crores as compared to previous NOC and no reason has been submitted for decrease in project cost.
6) The pp has submitted six monthly compliance report of the conditions of the EC of the period 30.09.2021 to 31.03.2022 and is require to submit latest compliance report of the EC conditions for the period 01.04.2022 to 30.09.2022.
7) The project is going at the same pace as per the revised PERT chart submitted by the CETP operator vide email dated 25.02.2023, but behind the timeline of completion of project as fixed by Board during hearing dated 25.07.2022.
