The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed as under:-
1. The applicant has not submitted a Partnership Deed/Memorandum of Article of Association /Proprietorship certificate/ Resolution of the Board of Directors/ partners regarding authorized signatory and proof of date of commissioning.
2. The fee submitted by the applicant is inadequate for a further grant of consent.
3. The applicant has not applied for Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.
The applicant is requested to clarify the above so that further action may be initiated.
