<p style="text-align: justify;">RO has given the detailed of compliance of PPCB order no. 64 dated 02.02.2021 related to PPCB in annotated form. The hotel is complying with the compliance related to PPCB except (The compliance of below mentioned is not submitted by the RO):-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->1. <!--[endif]-->The quality of treated sewage and trade effluent analyzed once in a month and report shall be furnished to SPCB/PCC.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->2. <!--[endif]-->Furnish monthly report return showing the quantity of water consumed and its reuse in different purpose to the concerned SPCB/PCC.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the hotel for six months with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board with the special condition that:-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->1. <!--[endif]-->The hotel shall submit the quality of treated sewage and trade effluent analyzed once in a month and report shall be furnished to the Board.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->2. <!--[endif]-->The hotel shall furnish monthly report return showing the quantity of water consumed and its reuse in different purpose to the Board, within one month.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->3. <!--[endif]-->The hotel shall complying with all the SOP’s/guidelines framed by the CPCB/PPCB.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->4. <!--[endif]-->The hotel shall submit the complete compliance of PPCB order no. 64 dated 02.02.2021 related to other departments within 3 months in Regional Office-4, Ludhiana. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->5. <!--[endif]-->The hotel shall provide bio-composter for disposal of its wet waste generated from kitchen section, within 01 month.</p>
