Ludhiana for the development of Dwelling Flats @ 155 Nos., Commercial Unit with builtup area as 341.33 sqm, Club House with builtup area as 851.08 sqm, on the basis of approved layout plan with the same ground coverage area of 13880.26 sqm (~3.429 Acres) & with max. built-up area as 61,171.13 sqm, for one year i.e. upto 08.02.2023 (one year from date of filing application), subject to suitable conditions and the following additional conditions that:</span></p>

The biodegradable component shall be treated by providing mechanical composter of adequate capacity to produce compost, which will be disposed of/reused in an environmentally sound manner and the non-biodegradable solid waste shall also be disposed of in an environmentally sound manner.</span></p>

G.S.R. 571(E) dated 12.08.2021.</span></p>
