The biodegradable component shall be treated by providing mechanical composter of adequate capacity to produce compost, which will be disposed of/reused in an environmentally sound manner and the non-biodegradable solid waste shall also be disposed of in an environmentally sound manner.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 36.0pt;
