However, aforesaid clearance shall not be insisted upon by the Board at the time of grant of CTE/'CONSENT TO OPERATE' to the industries.</span></strong></p> <p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: .05pt 0in 12.0pt 0in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Point wise compliance of Hon&rsquo;ble NGT OA no. 400/2017 order dated 04/02/2021 i.e. "Mechanism/ Guidelines for Control of Pollution and Enforcement of Environment Norms at Individual Establishments and the Area/Cluster of Restaurants/ Hotels/Motels/Banquets etc.&rdquo;
