| Clarification Note: |
THE APPLICATION SUBMITTED HAS BEEN SCRUITINIZED AND VARIOUS DISCREPENCIES OBSERVED AS UNDER:-
1. The PP was earlier granted varied Consents under name and style Highway industries limited , G.t road sahnewal , Ludhiana east,Ludhiana ii-141120 having Capital Investment of the Industry 13405.35 lakhs, Category of Industry Red, Type of Industry Heavy Engineering,Scale of the Industry Large. However, the PP has applied for renewal of consents with increase in assets under Red Category showing as a Small Scale , which is contradictory to the earlier information available.
2. As per CA certificate submitted by PP, it shows increase in assets under various heads such as Building, Plant &Machinery and other fixed assets. As such, PP needs to submit amended approved Building Plan issued by the competent authority.
3. The PP needs to submit analysis report of the STP installed.
4. The PP in its application form has submitted consumption of fresh water for Cooling Tower too however, hasn’t submitted its disposal details.
As such, it is requested to clarify within 03 days, so as to proceed further in the matter please.
