<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">*The industry has submitted that they have installed OCEMS with the stack of 65 TPH boiler which is attached with CPCB & PPCB. The other boilers of 10 TPH & 14 TPH are having common stack which is also attached with OCEMS, however these boilers are kept in standby. Further, the industry has informed that they are regularly getting OCEMS calibrated and lastly the OCEMS attached with the 65 TPH boiler has been calibrated from M/s Environchem Testing Lab and research Centre, Panipat during the period 23.04.2022 to 25.04.2022. However, the industry has not attached any certificate of calibration from the approved lab in this regard.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 12pt;">*As per the EC granted to the industry dated 15.01.2018, the industry is required to allocate 2.5% of the total project cost for social commitment. Further, the industry has stated that Rs. 5.44 lac has been spent on CER activities. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">*The industry was required to provide more than 33% of the total project area as green belt of 5 to10 meter width. The industry has submitted that 13 acre land has been developed as green belt with 100 KLD plant and green belt upto 16.5 acres will be extended for the unit -II commissioned in 2022.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 12pt;">*The industry is required to use fresh water not exceeding 4800 KLD (8KL/KL of alcohol) for the distillery. </span></p>
<p>If approved, RO may be asked to following :</p>
<p>1. <span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;">Whether the air emission analysis results are at par with the readings has shown by the OCEMS during the last air emission sampling conducted by RO on 06.04.2022.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;">2. </span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;">What amount is to be spent on social commitment and whether Rs. 5.44 lac is in accordance with the CER activities to be carried out by the industry.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;">3. </span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;">Whether the green belt developed as submitted by the industry is according to the conditions of Environmental Clearance granted to it.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;">4. </span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;">Whether the usage of fresh water is less than 8 KL/KL of alcohol production.</span></p> |
