CTO under Water Act 1974 may be granted to the Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana for the operation of their outlet at STP Bhattian, 111 MLD for short period I.e. upto 30.06.2023 with usual conditions and with special condition that the M.C, Ludhiana shall prepare treated effluent utilization scheme with the consulation with Department of Soil and Water Conservation, Ludhiana within 03 months.</p>
