<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is intimated that the industry is small scale orange category forging unit. The industry is engaged in forging of AUTO PARTS. The industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under Water Act, 1974.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry has submitted MSME certificate as proof of date of commissioning of the industry, as per which the industry is commissioned in year July, 2019. The industry has deposited Rs. 105000/- vide No. N061232352813939 dated 02.03.2023 under Water Act, 1974 & Rs. 105000/- vide No. N063232357301901 dated 02.03.2023 under Air Act, 1981 and Rs. 8400/- vide No. N063232357465103 dated 04.03.2023 as NOC regularization fee against the fixed assets of Rs. 198.64/- Lacs which is adequate upto 30.09.2027.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The site of industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 11.03.2023 and it was observed as under :-</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .5in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; color: black;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">6.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted certificate from DTP, Ludhiana vide letter no. 494 dated 24.02.2023 mentioning that the site of the industry falls in industrial zone as per Master Plan, Ludhiana (2007-31)</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 may be granted upto 30.09.2027 with usual conditions.</span></p>
