In compliance to the observations made the point wise reply is as under :-  1. The industry was visited by AEE of this office on 22.02.2023. 2. As already detailed above, the rolling mill provided by the industry  is in abandoned conditions and as per representative, the same is not operated since long. The representative also informed that they are planning to shift their unit to the some other location. Though the industry is not operating the rolling mill, however as it has installed the infrastructure, it is recommended that CTO may be granted upto 19.07.2023 with special condition that :-    1.    The industry shall apply online for grant of Terms of Reference (ToR) followed by Environment Clearance as required under EIA Notification, 2006 and in accordance with MoEF notification no. S.O. 3250(E) dt 20.7.2022 within one month.   2.    The extension of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 shall only be considered after the obtaining of EC under the above mentioned provisions by the industry.
