<p>It is submitted that previous application of the Railway Station was returned as it has been wrongly applied under green category. However, the project falls under orange category (Type code-2089) as STP of capacity 25 KLD has been proposed. The authorities were requested to apply for obtaining 'consents to operate' under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 under orange category for all the activities come under the definition of "Railways", after ensuring compliance of the decisions of the personal hearing held before the Chairman of the Board on 28.10.2022.</p>
<p>Now, the Railway authorities has applied for CTO for railway station only under green category. The authorities have informed that Present discharge is less than 10 kld. However, CTO has not been applied for premises other than Station.</p>
<p>In view of above, application of the Railway station may be returned please</p> |
