<p>It is submitted that the industry in its reply has submitted </p>
<p>1. a copy of the analysis results of the sampling carried out by M/s interstellar testing centre Pvt. Ltd. on 30.09.2022. </p>
<p>2. the industry has mentioned that they have now again sent the sample of treated wastewater to NABL lab on 09.03.2023 for testing. However, results of the same are not attached with the online reply.</p>
<p>w.r.t. both the points above, it is submitted that while visit to the site of the industry on 27.01.2023, sample from outlet of STP was collected and the analysis results were beyond the prescribed standards, as already mentioned in note dated 14.02.23.</p>
<p>As such, is cleasr that the industry was not complying with the provisions of the Water Act,1974, at the time of sampling carried out by the Board and hence, SCN for refusal of CTO has been issued to the industry.</p>
