<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The industry has not filled details w.r.t quantity and mode of disposal of effluent at point no. 07 of PART-C: technical information required for consent under Water Act, 1974 in its application form. Moreover, the industry has not submitted feasibility report w.r.t APCD installed with induction furnace. The industry has not submitted manufacturing process details alongwith the process flow chart with its application. The industry has not submitted area classification certificate from competent authority.</p>
