The industry has deposited </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">Rs. 24500/- vide e-R no. 927341873 dated 01/03/2023 </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">as NOC fee against the proposed project cost of Rs. 1700.00 Lacs, which is adequate for one year as per Board's Office Order dated 29/10/2018. </span></p>

Therefore, there is no requirement of Site Clearance u/s 41 (A) of the Factories Act, 1948.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-right: -4.5pt; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The subject cited industrial process is covered under EIA notification dated 20/07/2022.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-right: -4.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The site of the industry falls under <strong>Industrial zone</strong> as per Master plan of Mandi Gobindgarh.</span></p>
<p class="MsoHeading8" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 75.75pt; line-height: 115%; margin: 0in -.9pt 10.0pt 0in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-bidi-font-family: Raavi; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; font-style: normal;">Moreover, the Board vide Head Office letter no. 768-97 dated 13/01/2021, decided as under:</span></p>

However, aforesaid clearance shall not be insisted upon by the Board at the time of grant of CTE/CTO to the industries</strong>.</span></p>
