| Clarification Note: |
The application of the CETP operator has scrutinized and it is observed as under:-
1. The CETP operator is required to deposit Bank Guarantee amounting to Rs. 10 Lacs.
2. The CETP operator is required to deposit pending Environmental Compensation immediately.
3. The CETP operator is required to submit the record of the effluent collected, treated and its disposal details.
4. The CETP operator is required to submit the record of new agreement made viz a viz 51 KLD.
5. The CETP operator is required to submit the details of agreement with all the industries in the State alongwith the date of execution.
Note: The CETP operator is requested to submit all the details in PDF editable format.
