The industry is engaged in manufacturing of yarn. The industry was earlier granted consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Renewal/LDH2/2021/14717306 dated 26/03/2021 valid upto 31/03/2023 and under Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/LDH2/2021/14717134 dated 26/03/2021 valid upto 31/03/2023 subject to the certain conditions mentioned therein. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 alongwith requisite documents with same production capacity. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The site of industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 11.03.2023 and it was observed as under :-</span></p>

D.G. sets of capacity 1250 KVA & 500 KVA, lying in acoustic room. </span></p>

There is no source of trade effluent.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that renewal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 31.03.2028 with usual conditions (Competency SEE).</span></p>
