<p>Sir, it is submitted that earlier the area was being dealt by Sh. Charanjit Rai, AEE. The industry by the name of M/s Mandeep & Company was visited the then AEE on 13.05.2022 and some violations were observed particularly w.r.t. washing of plastic material without treatment and stagnation of effluent due to which the directions were issued u/s 33-A of Water Act, 1974 & 31-A of Air Act, 1981. Thereafter, Sh. Charanjit Rai, got transferred and the industry had applied for fresh consent in the name of M/s Mandeep Trading Company for which no record file was avaialbe in this office...</p>
<p>The industry was visited on 25.02.2023 by undersinged and during the visit it was observed that the industry has removed the washing process and was only engaged in mixing and extruding process. Further, during the visit, no authorized representative was present due to which undersinged was completely unaware that direction were issued to the firm. Accordingly, the case was recommended for grant inadvertently considering it as a fresh case.</p>
<p>As the industry is operating its unit inspite of direction issued by the Board, it is recommended that CTO applied by the industry be refused, please.</p> |
