<p>EE Ro SGR has clarified the observations of this office as mentioned in the note of Aee dt.22/12/22 and 10/3/2023,which may kindly be perused. As reported by Ro the industry is complying with the provisions of Air Act 1981and achieving the prescribed emissions standards. In view of facts mentioned above and recommendation given by Ro if approved renewal of Air consent may be granted to the industry up 31/3/2027 with suitable conditions and special condition that the industry shall operate and maintain its APCD's regularly and efficiently, so as to achieve the prescribed emissions standards on regular basis,please.
