<p>The undersigned is in Delhi to attend the CII Partnership Summit (organised by CII and DPIIT) from 13-15 Mar 2023 as per the directions of Competent Authority.</p>
<p>As per notehistory, the industry has installed machinery for enhancing the production in sweet section as well as upgraded the capacity of ETP & the same were in operation. No details of last sampling of ETP carried out either by Board or from authorised lab has been mentioned in the agenda note.</p>
<p>Sir if approved, action as proposed by AEE(PBIP) be taken, please with following additions:</p>
<p>1. The unit comply with MoEF notification dated 12.08.2021 regarding ban on single use plastic and it's allied conditions as imposed in all the units.</p>
<p>EE, RO be requested to carry out the sampling of the unit before processing it's CTO case so as to check the compliance of consent conditions.</p> |
