<p>Sir kindly peruse the note of RO, Ludhiana.</p>
<p>Though the GLADA has given a permission to the effect that the pp can connect the pipeline from its project to sewer of GLADA for the disposal of treated waste water to be generated from the premises subject to the condition that the pp shall obtain NOC from other departments like Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana / others.</p>
<p>Now, as to whether MCL has given permission to pp to treat it's waste water at STP Balloke has not been commented upon.</p>
<p>Furthermore, at Balloke, there are two STPs. Thus, in which STP shall it be got treated and as to whether the same can handle the load from project of pp keeping in view of the conditions in Zirakpur where MC has been giving permissions to each pp for treating the waste water in STP zirakpur resulting in overloading at STP.</p>
