But it is apprehended that the industry has not submitted the correct production record as huge expansion in the machinery has been done by it.</span></p>

The record submitted by the industry is not in proper format as quantity of fresh water consumption in process and quantity of balance water lying in the collection tank has not been recorded. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">In view of above, it is recommended that the industry may be issued show cause notice for refusal of ‘consent to operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 with an opportunity of personal hearing before CEE.</span></p> |
