<p style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that during visit on 01/03/2023, effluent sample (Outlet of ETP Cum STP) was collected and send to Board’s laboratory for analysis. The analysis results were received in this office on 13/03/2023. As per the analysis results, the concentration of various parameters is within the permissible limit, which is reproduced as under:</p>

<p><strong>Outlet of ETP Cum STP:</strong></p>
<p>pH – 7.9 (Prescribed Standard – 6.5-9.0)</p>
<p>TSS mg/l – 15 (Prescribed Standard – 100)</p>
<p>TDS mg/l – 672 (Prescribed standard - --)</p>
<p>BOD mg/l – 9 (Prescribed Standard – 30)</p>
<p>COD mg/l – 48 (Prescribed Standard - 250)</p>
<p>O&G mg/l - BDL (Prescribed Standard - 10)</p>
<p>Bio-assay – 90% of survival of fish in 100% of effluent after 96 hours (Prescribed Standard – 90 % survival of fish in 100% of effluent after 96 hours)</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended that the ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, may be renewed upto 31.03.2026 with suitable conditions.</p>
