As per agenda note, the industry was visited on 22.02.2023 and observed that the industry is engaged in the manufacturing of G.M Valves and Cocks, G.M Valves and Cocks, C.P Fittings and Pipe fitting. The industry has installed 1 no. pit furnace with adequate hood and adequate stack, 1 no. rotary furnace with adequate stack height, 1 no. shot blast machine with bag filter house as APCD adequate stack height and 1 no. galvanizing furnace of capacity 2 MT/day with adequate stack height. The industry has also installed 8 no. lathe machines 02 No. grinder machine in its premises. The industry has installed 1 no. annealing furnace with adequate stack height.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.5pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry has submitted extended bank guarantee of Rs. 25000/- valid upto 30.06.2024.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.5pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">Keeping in view of report of RO, it is recommended that renewal of consent to operate under Water Act 1974 and Air Act 1974 may be granted to industry upto 30.06.2027 with suitable conditions and special conditions that:</span></p>
