<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is submitted that the industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Electronics PCB Assemblies @ 500.0 Numbers/Day by using Electronics Components @ 1000.0 Numbers/Day as raw material, alongwith documents and fees.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted its CA certificate mentioning the cost of the fixed assets of Rs. 12.34 Crore as on 31/03/2022. The industry has deposited Rs. 14,400/- vide online UTR no. N344222243183924 dated 10/12/2022 & Rs. 1,26,000/- vide online UTR no. N020232298095759 dated 20/01/2023 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and 14,900/- vide online UTR no. N344222243183923 dated 10/12/2022 & Rs. 1,11,100/- vide online UTR no. N020232298095727 dated 20/01/2023 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 31/12/2023, after adjusting late fee/ penalty as per Board’s officer order dated 29/10/2018, under both the Acts.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted copy of building plan approved by the competent person Er. Mandeep Singh Saini under Director of Factories Act. The industry has submitted its allotment letter from PSIEC vide no. 9185 dated 08/08/2006.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The site of the project was visited by AEE of this office on 11/03/2023 and during visit it was observed as under:</span></p>

Out of 02 production sections, 01 section have installed 03 Self mounted machine (SMT) for the pasting, printing purpose. The remaining section is used for testing and soldering.</span></p>

Only domestic effluent is generated from the employ of the company and same is being discharge into sewer.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 31/12/2023, subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions that:</span></p>

Sets without the prior written permission of the Board.</span></p>
