<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The promoter company has deposited Rs. 49700/- vide R. No. 332644421 dated 30.12.2022 and Rs. 34800/- vide R. No. 958689751 dated 27.02.2023 as NOC fee. The total fee deposited by the promoter company is adequate for one year against the total proposed cost of the project Rs. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>6329.72 lacs.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The promoter company has submitted a copy of permission issued by Director of Town & Country Planning, Punjab vide memo no. 1244CTP(Pb)SP-432cm<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>dated 22.03.2022 regarding change of land use for setting up of industrial park by M/s Royale Estate Group at Village Budhanpur (H.B. No. 228), Khalawar (H.B. No. 42), Basma (H.B. No. 227) of District SAS Nagar & Village Kheri Gurna (H.B. No. 247) of Distt. Patiala, Punjab of total 432 Bighe-8 Biswa- 0 Biswasi (90.08 acres).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The promoter company has submitted feasibility report regarding installation of STP of capacity 400 KLD based on MBBR Technology. The STP comprising of components MBBR Reactor, Secondary Sedimentation Section, Chlorine contact and treated water sump, multi-grade filter comprising of Dual Media Filter & UF. As per feasibility report, only <strong>white, green & orange category industry</strong> will be allowed to set up in the project and no red category industry will be there in the project. The promoter company has proposed to install mechanical composter for management of solid waste being generated by the project.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The promoter company has submitted that authority letter in which mentioned that:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><em><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">“RESOVLED THAT Sh. Sumit Bansal S/o Sh. Pawan Bansal, Chandigarh Lake Apartment, Sukhna Enclave, C-Block Kansal Punjab is hereby appointed as authorized signatory of the firm to sign all necessary documents for obtaining NOC from Punjab Pollution Control Board, sign, submit and received any required document “Mohali Industrial Economic Zone” project of the M/s Royale Estate Group, Office at Royale Estate, Chandigarh-Ambala Highway, Zirakpur-140603”</span></em></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">As per flow chart submitted by the promoter company, the total water demand of the project @ 405.36 KLD and wastewater load 324.288 KLD (will be treated in proposed STP of capacity 400 KLD), in which 180.16 KLD will be used for flushing purpose and remaining treated water @ 144.128 KLD is being utilized onto land for plantation (3.0 acres land) as per Karnal Technology.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The promoter company has submitted an undertaking regarding treatment of trade effluent to be generated from the proposed industries in which mentioned that:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><em><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">“It has been passed as resolution in the Board meeting for all the plot buyers that all the industries generated waste water effluent (in any form), have to install their individual ETP/Zero Liquid Discharge plant and no trade effluent whether treated or untreated will be allowed to disposal into sewer. Also that Each industry ahs to get approval for their ETP/ Zero Liquid Discharge plant from PPCB at their own individual level and PP will not be responsible for any discrepancy in this regard, later on. We ensure full support in this matter and expect cooperation from the plot buyers as well.”</span></em></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">The project proponent has signed an affidavit between M/s Royale Estate Group in Village Budhanpur (H.B. No. 228), Khalawar (H.B. No. 242), Basma (H.B. No. 227) of District SAS Nagar & Village Kheri Gurna (H. B. No. 247) of District Patiala, Punjab (in the capacity of approved project land of 90.08 acres) (Party-1) and M/s Royale Estate Group (in the capacity of additional owned land outside the project but near the project land) in Village Khalawar (H.B. No. 242) (Party-2). That Party 2 will provide its own share of land to Party 1, near their project “Mohali Industrial Economic Zone” is being developed by Party 1, having Khasra No. 1017 (6-5), 1018 (6-5), 1019 (6-5), 1019 (6-5), 1020 (6-5) measuring around 3.00 acres, for discharge of only treated water for plantation purpose as per Karnal Technology. The agreement is valid upto 27.12.2032. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The proposed site of the promoter company was visited by undersigned on 07.03.2023. During the visit, it was observed as under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The promoter company has calculated water consumption on basis of 100 persons/acre i.e. total 9008 person x 45 lpcd<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>= 405360 liters (405.36 KLD) and the domestic effluent will be generated @ 325 KLD which will be treated in the proposed STP of capacity 400 KLD. The treated wastewater will be disposed off in 03 acres land to be developed as per Karnal Technology, which seems adequate.</span></p>

Further, if any industry will generate trade effluent, the industry shall provide its own ETP / ZLD system and no treated / untreated trade effluent will be allowed to be discharged outside the premises of said industry.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">6.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">There are 04 no. poultry farms, 01 no. rice shellar, 03 no. logistics godown, 01 no. College, 01 no. saila plant and few industries located within 500 m radius of proposed site of the project.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">7.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Further, the promoter company has submitted that there will be no category A or category B industry allowed in the proposed industrial park, therefore, they do not require Environmental Clearance under EIA notification dated 14.09.2006.</span></p>

Accordingly, the promoter company was advised to provide proper walls around the solid waste dumping site to ensure that no solid waste flows into the said choe in any case.</span></p>

Therefore, the site is suitable.</span></p>

No. 228), Khalawar (H.B. No. 42), Basma (H.B. No. 227) of District SAS Nagar & Village Kheri Gurna (H.B. No. 247) of Distt. Patiala, Punjab of total 432 Bighe-8 Biswa- 0 Biswasi (90.08 acres) subject to suitable terms and conditions and following additional conditions that:</span></p>
