<p style="text-align: justify;">In consideration of the recommendations again sent by RO; if approved, the varied consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of M.S bar/Coil/Flat/Round/Square, TMT, Angles, Channel, Etc @175000 MT/Year Steel Ingots/Billets @189000 MT/Year (in line with the EC granted to it by the competent authority) may be granted upto 31.12.2027 subject to suitable general & additional conditions.</p> |
