<p><strong>Consents be granted upto 31.07.2023 with conditions to provide</strong></p>
<p>a) Permissibility certificate from DTP</p>
<p>b) compliance of CPCB guidelines including certification from other departments with whom the compliances relates.</p>
<p>Conditions from compliance shall be copied/ reproduced from PPCB/ CPCB guidelines in toto and pasted as special conditions. Compliance from other departments shall be segregated and put under seperate heading</p>
<p>Standatrdard conditions for hotel industries as already discused shall also be added. </p>
<p>One standard format be prepared for Hotel/marriage palaces and to be implemented while issueing consent/ NOC of such units. </p> |
