<p>A list of 1271 industries was received from EE-RO-4, Ludhiana which was given by M/s JBR to her. She asked this office as well as all other Regional Offices to check the list and inform her accordingly. Out of these 1271 industries, 211 units were found located in the jurisdiction of this office. Out of these 211, 65 units of this office were found not included in the above-said list given by M/s JBR but they have agreements with the said CETP. Their total agreed-upon trade effluent/pickling liquor is 34.016 KLD. So the data given by M/s JBR at phase-8 is not correct. The Office order no. 64 date 9.2.2023 of the Board vide which it has been stated that the CETP is having balance capacity of 51 KLD is not correct. The said order dated 9.2.2023 is based upon the data given by M/s JBR but the said firm has not given the correct data. It is therefore appropriate to have the correct balance capacity from EE-RO-4, Ludhiana before deciding the present application. The above said details have already been sent to EE-RO-4, ZO-1/2, Ludhiana vide this office letter no. 202-204 dated 10.2.2023. </p> |
