<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 67.5pt;">It is submitted that there is no increase in the gross fixed assets of the industry. The industry has submitted certificate of gross fixed assets of Rs. 22.62 lakhs as on 31.12.2022, mentioning the value of land & building assets of Rs. 5.10 lakhs has been transferred to its sister concerned unit.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 67.5pt;">The industry has already deposited Rs. 30,800/- vide Online Receipt<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>No. 21755093 dated 04.01.2023 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 30,800 /- Online<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>vide UTR No.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>111205886<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>dated 04.01.2023 under the Air Act, 1981. The industry has already deposited Rs. Rs. 29,950/- vide UTR/Ref. No. N351201343215280 dated 16.12.2020 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 32,450/- vide UTR/Ref. No. N351201343222965 dated 16.12.2020 under the Air Act, 1981. The consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate up to 30.06.2034 after imposing penalty.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 67.5pt;">Keeping in view of the above, if approved, consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 may be renewed upto 30.06.2028, subject to the suitable conditions alongwith the following additional conditions that the industry shall get its air emission sample analyzed from the Board's lab, within one month.</p> |
