<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the gross value of Fixed assets of the industry is Rs 30.02 crores. The industry has applied for renewal of Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, and was previously granted consent in Medium Category. The industry has also attached Udhyam Addhar which the industry falls on the medium scale(Attached). As such, the case has been processed accordingly. It is also clarified that there was no effluent at the outlet of STP during visit.</p>
