The industry is engaged in manufacturing of Offset Ink and Offset Ink Medium. The industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry has submitted first electric bill as proof of date of commissioning of the industry, as per which the industry is commissioned in year May, 2003. The industry has deposited Rs. 46200/- vide UTR No. N058232347069342 dated 27.02.2023 (Rs. 32100/- water, Rs. 10000/- notional fees, Rs. 3600/- as NOC fees) Rs. 42100/- vide UTR No. N058232347080962dated 27.02.2023 (Rs. 32100/- water, Rs. 10000/- notional fees,) against the fixed assets of Rs. 73.83/- Lacs which is adequate upto 30.09.2026 under VDS scheme.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The site of industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 09.03.2023 and it was observed as under :-</span></p>

Tripple Roll Mills </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2026 with usual conditions.</span></p>
