<p style="text-align: justify;"> Kindly peruse the above-said note. It is intimated that RO has reported that the project proponent and their consultant were asked to submit the registered lease deed of the land for the disposal of treated effluent. He informed that the farmer is not agreed to get the registered deed of land. Therefore, the project proponent has not submitted the same till date. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">This office has already proposed that a copy of the CTE may be forwarded to Additional Deputy Commissioner (UD) for SAS Nagar for information with the request not to allow any expansion/ approval on the land of one acre proposed/ reserved for plantation (Sh. Baldev Singh S/o Sh. Hajara Singh R/o Village Bhabat, Zirakpur, Tehsil Derabassi, Distt. SAS Nagar (Owner of agriculture land measuring 1-acre bearing no. 160/456 share of Khewat / Khatoni No. 443/455 Khasra No. 61/25(8-0), 62//21(8-0), 75//5(6-16) total 22 Kanal 16 Marla)). So as the land owner could not start any of the construction activity without the prior permission of the Board.</p>
