| Clarification Note: |
1) The industry has not submitted building plan approved by the Competent Authority.
2) The gross fixed assets of the industry were Rs. 49 Crore. The industry earlier submitted cost of expansion project as Rs. 107 Crore however the industry has submitted CA certificate showing total gross fixed assets of Rs. 117.69 Crore. Whether the industry has installed complete machinery as proposed earlier.
3) The industry has required to submit status of installation of RDS machines
4) The industry has not submitted site plan showing area for disposal of treated wastewater after STP.
Kindly clarify within 02 days.
