<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The unit is small scale orange category marriage palace and was granted 'consent to operate' under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 both valid upto on 30.09.2022.The palace has now applied for renewal of consents. The Regional Office has processed the consent cases for grant without visit as per office order issued by the Board vide no. CEE(HQ)F.No. 957/2016/59 dated 2/2/2016 as the unit falls under Orange category. The palace has already uploaded a letter regarding approval of building plans under regularization of existing marriage palace policy issued by STP Jalandhar vide its memo no. 283 dated 24.01.2017. There is no trade effluent, only domestic effluent is being discharged onto land for plantation after septic tank. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;"> </span><span style="font-size: 11pt;"> </span><span style="font-size: 11pt;">In view of report of RO, it is recommended that the marriage palace may be granted consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 upto 30.09.2027 with special conditions that:-</span></p>
