<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span> </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d;">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consents and as per agenda note, the industry was visited on 23.02.2023 and the industry was not in operation, but condition at site indicating that the industry is operating during odd hours. At the time of visit, no raw material was available in the premises. T</span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">he industry is not complying with the SOP prescribed for lead smelting units by CPCB.</span></p>
