<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.5in; line-height: 150%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 <span style="background: white;">for the production of Plastic packaging material @ 1 T/day with the disposal of only domestic effluent @ 0.3 KLD </span></span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">into sewer</span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">.</span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> The industry has deposited Rs. 17,200/- vide R. no. 237704158 dated 03.03.2023 under Rs. 14,500/- as Water Act, 1974, Rs. 2200/- as NOC regularization fee and Rs. 500/- as application form fee and Rs. 14,500/- vide R. no. 70431976 dated 03.03.2023 under Air Act, 1981. The fee submitted by the industry is adequate upto 30.09.2025 after deducting late fee penalty.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.5in; line-height: 150%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The industry was visited by AEE of this office on 09.03.2023 and observed that:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>In view of above, it is recommend that consent to operate under </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for a period of 06 months with usual terms and conditions and special condition that the industry shall obtain registration under EPR rules within one month.</span></p>
