Now the hotel has applied for fresh consent to operate under Water Act 1974 and Air Act 1981.</span></p>

The hotel has install STP for treatment of effluent to be generated from its premises of capacity 59 KLD further treated effluent to be discharged into Municipal sewer. The hotel has submitted completion certificate of installation of STP but the pipeline of components of STP is yet to be connected. Further no flow meter/separate energy meter has been provided the STP. The project proponent has not started any activity for providing compost pits of treatment wet waste and no agreement has been made with Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar for disposal of its dry waste. The hotel is covered under 5 star rating but the hotel has not submitted any documentary proof / certificate regarding star rating.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
