<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendation given by the RO. It is intimated that RO has monitored the performance of the Wastewater treatment installed by the HCF, and as per the analysis result all parameters are within the limit.The HCF has installed ETP cum STP and same was in operation and record of treated effluent was maintained. The HCF has installed separate water meter at the treated water line leading to flushing, gardening, cooling tower.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">May if approved CTO under Water Act,1974 be further extended upto 31/3/25 with special condition as proposed by EE,RO . EE,RO may also be requested to moniotr the site asper protocol framed by the Board to verify the compliance with environmental law and send the report along with recommendation .</span></p>
