<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; color: black;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>It is informed that the electric connection of the industry was restored temporarily for six months vide letter no. 5463-64 dt. 08.12.2022 and Environmental Compensation amounting to Rs. 1.5 lac was imposed to the industry. The industry was requested vide letter no. 5456 dt. 08.12.2022 to deposit the Environmental Compensation, within a week. But, the industry has not yet deposited the Environmental Compensation.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; color: black;">The industry has submitted request that it is a tiny unit and due to recession in the market as well as poor financial conditions, the industry is unable to submit the Environmental Compensation. Further, the industry has submitted that it is now complying with the norms and regulations of the Board. The industry has requested for exemption of Environmental Compensation.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; color: black;">The industry is small scale unit and now complying with the Provisions of Water Act, 1974.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; color: black;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended as under:</span></p>
