<p style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The project proponent has obtained permission only from GLADA to discharge its treated water into sewer line of GLADA leading to STP Balloke. The Project proponent has not obtained any permission from MCL.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">Presently there are two STPs at Balloke, one of capacity 105 MLD and second of capacity 152 MLD. STP of capacity 105 MLD has been rehabilitated and is achieving the prescribed standards. STP of capacity 152 MLD is under rehabilitation and its revised target date of completion is 30.06.2023. A new STP of capacity 60 MLD is under construction and its revised target date of completion is 30.06.2023. Thus, there will be sufficient treatment capacity at STPs of Balloke before the commissioning of this project.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 72.0pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">Keeping the above in view, it is recommended as under:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">A) <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>‘Consent to Establish’ /NOC under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to project proponent for the development of Dwelling Flats @ 155 Nos., Commercial Unit with built-up area as 341.33 m<sup>2</sup>, Club House with built-up area as 851.08 m<sup>2</sup>, on the basis of approved layout plan with the same ground coverage area of 13880.26 m<sup>2</sup> (~3.429 Acres) & with max. built-up area of 61,171.13 m<sup>2</sup> for one year subject to suitable conditions alongwith following special conditions that:</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: 14.2pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">2.</span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;"> </span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">The project proponent shall install bio-composter for the bio-degradable waste to be generated from the residential colony.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: 14.2pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">3.</span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;"> </span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">The project proponent shall not start any construction activity before obtaining Environmental Clearance under EIA Notification dated 14.09.2006.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: 14.2pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">B) Letter may be written to GLADA and MCL regarding issuing NOC to the residential colonies for discharge of treated water into sewer lines of GLADA/MCL only after analysing the excess treatment capacity (treatment capacity – discharge received at STPs) available at STPs of Ludhiana. </span></p> |
