<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>As per agenda note the industry was visited on 27.02.2023 and it was observed that the industry was in operation. The industry has installed 02 no. powder coating booths with cyclone separator as APCD, one shot blast machine with bag filter house as APCD.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry has also installed 02 no. D.G sets of capacity 63 KVA each with canopy and attached to stack of adequate height. The industry has submitted electricity bill as proof of date of commissioning, according to which the industry is commissioned on 29.10.2018.The industry has submitted building plan approved from Director of Factories, Punjab. The industry has submitted permission for change of land use for industry vide STP letter no. 1468 dated 02.07.2018.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-left: 0cm; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Keeping in view of report of RO, it is recommended that consent to operate under Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2026 with usual conditions and special conditions that:-</span></p>
