<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-left: 49.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -27pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry has repeatedly applying under incorrect scale of the industry i.e. medium scale, as the same falls in large scale as per the cost of plant & machinery.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 49.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -27pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry had obtained CLU from the Deptt. of Town and Country Planning vide no. 3336 dated 27.09.2018 for establishment of engineering and fabrication unit (dry process without any heat treatment/metal surface finishing operation/painting). However, the industry in its manufacturing process and application form has mentioned that it is involved in heat treatment process i.e. baking section, shot blasting (metal surfacing) as well as painting in from of powder coating. Therefore, the industry is required to obtain revised CLU from the concerned Deptt.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 49.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -27pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry is also required to submit the detail of hazardous waste generated and its disposal method, such as, paint sludge, used oil, paint filters, empty barrels of paint etc.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 49.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -27pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry is also required to submit the documentary evidence regarding date of commissioning of its project after its expansion, so that the adequacy of consent fee may be adjudged.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-left: 49.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -27pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry is required to submit the latest emission sampling reports.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';"> </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 16.8667px; font-family: Calibri, 'sans-serif';"> </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">In view of the above mentioned facts, it is submitted that the application of the industry cannot be processed at this stage. </span><span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif'; font-size: 13.5pt;">Therefore, it is recommended to please return the application in original.</span></p> |
