CTOW/Fresh/LDH1/2023/20885354 23.01.2023 valid upto 31.12.2027 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no.</span> <span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">CTOA/Fresh/LDH1/2023/20885391 dated 20.01.2023 valid upto 31.12.2027.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0in 4.9pt 0.0001pt 14.35pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 50.65pt;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">It is submitted that at this location there is corporative office of Nahar Industrial Enterprises Limited- Unit- Nahar Logistics (Warehouse No. 6), Plot No. B-3 to B-8 & A-4, Focal Point, Phase-4,, Ludhiana.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0in 4.9pt 0.0001pt 14.35pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 50.65pt;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The industry has filled online application form, uploaded project report, site plan location plan, List of Directors, Memorandum Article certificate, Allotment letter of the Designated Authority, if the site of the project is located in the designated Industrial Area/ Industrial Estate/ Focal Point, GLADA letter vide 2056 dated 29.04.2015.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0in 4.9pt 0.0001pt 14.35pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 50.65pt;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The industry has already deposited Rs. 72000/- vide R no. SBIN123012766930 dated 12.01.2023 under Water Act, 1974, Rs. 72000/- vide R no. SBIN123012765934dated 12.01.2023 under Air Act, 1981 which adequate upto 31.12.2027.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0in 5.2pt 0.0001pt 14.35pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 50.65pt;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">In order to verify the application form, the warehouse was visited by the AEE of this office on<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>14.03.2023 and it was<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>observed as under:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0in 5.2pt 0.0001pt 58.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The industry has installed Common STP for the treatment of domestic effluent with warehouse for which CTO has already been granted and effluent is being discharged onto land for plantation.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0in 5.2pt 0.0001pt 58.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The industry has got it treated domestic effluent analyzed from PBTI lab, Mohali and as per report concentration of all the polluting parameters is within the limits.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0in 5.2pt 0.0001pt 58.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">There is no source of air emission, only D.G sets 1 nos. of capacity 250 KVA which is equipped with canopy and stack of adequate height.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-right: 5.2pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0in 5.15pt 0.0001pt 40.5pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that the Consent to Operate under<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the warehouse upto 31.12.2027 with suitable terms and conditions and with special condition that no activity regarding washing of vehicle is carried out in the warehouse.</span></p>
