Further, the performance and operation of the ETP can be checked only after the commissioning and operation of the unit.</span></p>

In the consent certificate to be issued to the industry special condition can be imposed that it will not operate its wet process without getting pass book or direction can be also issued to seal the wet process till the industry not obtained the actual user certificate/ pass book.</span></p>

Due to change in slab the adequacy of consent fee under both acts is upto 22.02.2026.</span></p>
